Insurance Inspections (Insurance Carriers Only): $20 Per home Minimum of 15 properties. This inspection inspects the the exterior for safety concerns and fire concerns. All Inspections come with photos. We can use your company forms if needed.

Service II

Move in-Move Out (MIMO) Inspections (For Property Owners and Property Managers): $25.00 per single inspection per year. More than 5 inspections per year are Free $0.00. Multiple Properties per owner or Property Management. This inspection provides photos and a report of any deficiencies and tests basic appliance operations. Check for per code concerns such as Smoke detectors present and alarm test etc. Included with the report is a estimate for the price of the repairs. The report also determines whom may be responsible for any damage between tenant and Owner / Property Manager. Based on the original report. We can appear in court if necessary to testify about any reporting we do for an additional fee. All work if performed is completed by a licensed contractor.

Annual Tenant (Habitat) Inspections (For Property Owners and Property Managers): $25.00 per single inspection per year. More than 5 regularly paid inspections per year are Free $0.00. Multiple Properties per owner or Property Management. This inspection provides photos and a report of any deficiencies and tests basic appliance operations. Check for per code concerns such as Smoke detectors present and alarm test etc. Included with the report is a cost estimate for the price of the repairs. The report also determines whom may be responsible for any damage between tenant and Owner / Property Manager. Based on the original report. We can appear in court if necessary to testify about any reporting we do for an additional fee. All work if performed is completed by a licensed contractor.

Service IV

Section 8 pre inspections (For Property Owners and Property Managers): $45.00 per inspection. This type of an inspection provides you with a perspective of what a section 8 Inspector will give you for free. The difference is that you have ample time to make any necessary repairs before the Section 8 Inspector does. Section 8 upon their inspection gives you approximately 30 days to make all remedies. This timeline can restrict some home owners financially. Included in the report are photos and a description of any potential problems as well as an cost estimate for repairs. All work if performed is completed by a licensed contractor.

Contracting bids for any repair or remodel Inspections: $0.00 No Charge. This inspection provides a cost estimate for any contracting services for any work that is to be worked. All work if performed is completed by a licensed contractor.
